On confronting the personnel at the store they behaved rudely and refused to admit that the product that they were trying to push was a used one.Faced a lot of harassment to get back the advance payment that was already made for the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson was not attentive, we went into the store and came out once sales guy told my 6 year old not to sit on chair as it could break ..... I mean she is 6 year old. 2 star only for collection which they don't want to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very bad experience.....they commit the chair to be delievered within 3 weeks.......but now it is more than 1 and a half month and they have not delievered me the chair yet......Also there is no response from their side.....they have just taken the advance payment and not interested to talk to the customer...........PLEASE NEVER EVER GO FOR FEATHERLITE NOIDA
