★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Never Never buy from them.. False commitments and worse after sales Service. U will go mad calling them for complain but they will never respond. Mr Gautam Tyagi sitting at the sales desk is a very careless and ignorant once the product is sold. Even after 6 months long persuasion through phone and number of visits to the shop and complaint to the owner itself, still no response..
Please never buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales is worst. I purchsed a sofa from them and at the time of purchase they have given me assurance of after sales like any bug brand.
With in 2 months, termite start eating sofa leg. And its been more than one month i have asked them hundreds time for repairing it. But no body comes.
So be very much aware of their sales person while purchase. Dnt fall in trap. I have even emailed them with the picture on their official email address but no response from them.
Just 2 words, BE AWARE.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very poor services. When you buy they will say all good things but after purchase they took more than one month in delivery. Sofa was given in dirty condition and bad condition , cushion missing, puffy disbalanced .all sales staff keep lying. Pathetic experience, recommended never ever buy anything from this shop. Overall pathetic and bad experience buying from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Smart Home Interiors in September 2020. The store offer variety and has great products. I found the price slightly high compared to the other stores around it and it is surely worth it. We were looking to buy new sofa set and finally choose one. I wanted to wait before I share my review for few months since I wanted to check their post sales service. We bought sofa set from here in September and I did face issues with the sofa but the post sales service is nice. It did take time for me to chase the guy but carpenter came and did help us fix the sofa. Yes the issues were minor like a tiny button was missing but the carpenter fixed it.
Overall, I am happy with purchase and the after sales service. They atleast pickup the phone and respond and act on complain.

These people shows they are busy but they are not. one of guy visited my home for dinning table tempered glass, he has taken the measurement and promised me to deliver in 7-10 days. After 7 days I had to follow-up, he didn't pick my call, later came to know that he has quoted the wrong price of glass now its more than double. Is this professional behavior? I would never recommend to buy from here, not sure they will keep on their words.
