★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought many items from this store. Center Table, Sofa set, chairs etc. The sofa comes with a 5 year warranty whoever right from day 1 this has been giving trouble. Now just after 10 months the springs have started making noise and pinching people who sit on it. Worst part is that no one bothers to listen to your concerns. Numerous calls, reminders and yet nothing happens. Finally I had to go to the store today and register my grievances. I was assured a call back as soon as the owner Mr Jain comes in. However still not one call has come through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got a bed made from Mr Jain 10 years ago. It is a very solid bed at a very good price of 16000 rs, very heavy , good quality. I need atleast one more person with me to move it , although it's a bed without a box.
Then again , thinking about the good quality, I ordered another bed from him about 4 months back , but yo my horror , it's the worst experience of my life .. I can move this bed with just a little push , it has a creaking sound wvwrytime we sit or get up from the bed.
Services have gone good to worse. And 14500 rs gone waste.
