We bought a Tact Hob and a Chimney in October 2016. Very Sorry to say that the Hob is a Terrible Product. One of the Four Jets of the Hob started giving trouble just after two months of installation and stopped working completely after some time. We have repeated lodged a Complaint at the Service Centre of Tact but no one is ready to attend to the Complaint. Most Pathetic Products and Pathetic after sales service to top it up.... DO NOT EVER BUY TACT PRODUCTS......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I replaced my chimney with Manchester 1300 model, This is awesome product and looks amazing after installation. after searching lot of others hoods I found out this fan has strongest suction at least on paper so decided to go with it. My mom does slow cooking (not with high flames on) and bcz of that I use to feel lot of heat around. After installing this hood, I do see the difference. I am happy so far, it's been a month since installation.
Speaking of installation, it's free. They send company guy within same day, at your address for installation and demo.
if you have all the tools ready at home and if you are that handyman, you can install it yourself, it is extremely easy. Installation guide is also provided but you will probably need other helping hand to lift this hood.
I am happy with this purchase, thumbs up! Good Job

within 2 months motor burned, company charge for 400 rs travel within waraanty so pathetic
later when requested for this fix ther have disaligned the roter and it was vibrating and making noice ,
never worked in 4 years, we are deciding to change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got good deal from Tact Brand. Chosen Manchester 1300, 60 cm., as it is auto clean and thermal clean. Chimney looks good and came fully packed, They gave me free of cost installation with aluminum Pipe, I guess all other manufacturers provides cheap plastic pipe. Service was also fast as they have installed my chimney within 45 minutes. Thanks for good service. I do recommend this product.
