★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a 3+2+1 sofa. In spite of the fact that I was assured that it would be delivered on 19.10.2021, only the 2 seater was delivered which turned to be defective and was returned back. Next they assured that the entire set would be positively delivered on 20.10.2021. Again they delivered just a 2 seater and had no clue where the 3 and 1 seater was. Repeated attempts to get in touch and get status failed as they stopped picking my calls. They have taken the entire money and are putting us through so much stress that we have decided to take them to consumer court. Terrible company, horrible employees and pathetic services. Save yourself the stress and go for some other brand.

We purchased a sofa from their store recently at around 9 pm by giving an advance of 50000 Rs. The next day morning because of some personal reasons, we had to cancel the order. We made sure to inform the store manager by early morning 9 am that we need to cancel the order and requested for a refund since we didn’t want our money to be held.
Despite having no written policy of non-refundable purchase and order being cancelled in less than 24 hours , The entire staff was very rude and not helpful and refused to return our money back and insisted on taking another product. Even though we went back to the store to discuss again, the owner stood outside and never stepped in and the manager was very disrespectful. No business can be run successfully by disrespecting customers.
Please save your money , time and respect by not going to this store with terrible customer support. Stores like this should be shut.
The response from you doesn’t justify your staff’s behavior towards us.
I have no interest in arguing, the only answer I am posting this review is for the benefit of others as I don’t want other customers to suffer like me. People can still experience this on their own as per their will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sofa set, coffee table and dining table from Evok, Sector 10, Noida. Very pleased with the quality of the products. The store promptly updated me on the delivery status and delivered all products on the promised date.
Installation was done in a couple of hours of delivery. The coffee table was slightly damaged around the edges, but immediately, the service team fixed that. Amazing!!
A special note of thanks to Mr. Naresh for quickly arranging service personnel to fix the coffee table damage.
