★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic showroom. We bought bed from them for 50K and within 2 months of purchase one side of the bed is spoilt. It is a spoilt wood used and the insect is eating the wood from inside. They were rude and not even ready to listen to the complaint. All the goons surrounded my husband and started threating in the showroom. By God's grace he manged to escape unhurt. Don't visit them it's a show room run by goons. Pathetic product and pathetic service support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed and unhappy with my experience at this shop. Ordered a bed, and it took a long time to get it even close to what we wanted. There is no finesse in finish. There is mismatch in colour and they are not ready to accept responsibility for it and correct it, even though it needs a touch of paint only..
When I pointed out difference of color in my final visit to the shop they said it is due to direction of light. They are just not ready to accept that there is colour mismatch!
Even after customization and paying
full amount it is a compromise and an eye sore. Now I'm stuck with this bed. Please don't go to this store which takes no responsibility or cares about customer
satisfaction.
Edit-
They have sent someone to redo the paint on the headboard and now it is satisfactory. It was a nightmare convincing them.

I purchased a dining set and sofa set which is absolutely stunning. Staff assisted me with my preferred design and color. Still wondering why there are some negative reviews. Visit their store for once before buying your furniture.
