★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feature constructions did the interiors for my clinic.
It was professional , neat , with good quality materials and reasonably priced.
I had a space constraint , but the engineer and the architect chalked out a wonderful plan for maximum space utilisation.
I still have people complimenting the woodwork and panels in my clinic.
They helped me out with the electrical and plumbing works too.
They have a professional work force with the chief engineer Mr Purusoth at the helm , who is talented, patient, honest and very accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would thank Mr.Purushoth & his Feature-team for completing my project and making my dream home come true.
I personally believe house construction is a onetime thing for most people in their lives. So the quality of construction determines the life of the building and the maintenance costs that you incur in future.
Sometimes, Small mistakes that goes unnoticed leads to huge maintenance costs. A cheap option is not always a better option when constructing a home.
So keeping this in mind I meet Purushoth through paper2stone and as a casual talk we had few initial phone calls brushing up on my ideas about our dream home. Later he introduced & meet his clients and visited few construction sites that he was working on. And we started following up with the plan, by this time I was clear on my dream house plan. Now I had
set a goal of budget to my project & started working with Purushoth to arrive best combination in quality & cost.
I must say that "Feature-constructions" have lived up to expectation and both in terms of cost and the quality and I am proud to say I made the right decision in choosing "Feature-constructions", they come with good experience and knowledge at same time meet the time lines.
And to work with "Purushoth" it was cherishing experience for both of us as we had lot of small hurdles & every time came back with positive outcome. I would highly recommend Feature Constructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good construction affordable cost, he has completed our office interior work within the budget and within committed time. They have done our office work in a very professional way also Mr. Purusoth has ensured that the site was very clean and tidy during construction time.
They have communicated the site progress on frequent basis, which was helped us to plan our office inauguration day. He is very friendly and supportive.
Finally he has handed over the project one week before than the committed date, which was helped us to shift the office things.
It was wonderful experience and quality of work in a very professional way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenlty we got completed our home through Future Contruction, overall we are happier with the entire construction work. Especially with the professional way of handling the things. We are impressed with the regular updates through single point of contact-junior engineer.
The workmanship is good, very honest, provided technical certification for the concrete mix through our identified source.
Freedom to select the materials at any choosen shops.
Satisfied with the additional suggestion during the construction

He could attend to Chennai work while he was still busy with his Bangalore projects. His talent to handle Multiple sites and deliver quality construction is his asset. He is very honest, humble, and was readily available for any project related discussions at any time during construction and after construction. He often gives calls and ask for any discomfort in the completed house. He is always ready to attend to any defects if at all we find, but we never find any. I wish the entire team All the very best and God bless you with more and more offers always.

He has excellent and dedicated labor team unlike other builders where the workers keep changing. More importantly, I find him trustworthy , honest and down to earth person. I constructed two houses already with him and both times he delivered execellent quality and consistency in schedule and pricing. House construction is such a time taking and easy-to get-cheated type of business, especially in our country like India. We need more people like Pursoth who value the customers time and money. They work passionately and indulge themselves into the project they work on, which creates a strong bonding with clients. It was a very difficult task to manage with the medium budget and create a luxury outcome and they have succeeded in doing it.. I heartily thank Mr Purusoth and his entire team for the fabulous work.
