Waiting time is very less for all kind of banking operations like depositing, withdrawal or loan discussions etc... And good interest rate we get compare to other banks.

deposit machine not working any time going to INDIRANAGARA branch...........
2 o clk evry day closed bank so in deposit by deposit machine only but last 15 days evry day go to deposit machine not working so pls kindly solw the problem

The way of working very systemetical, the process of work is on time, there is every type of facility for their customer and even solve the problem on given timeline, the staff are well trained. There is e service like net banking, mobile banking etc, the customer service well connected and polite speakers, solve your query and problem in a second. If we talk about the branch staff they are very gentle to me and more responsible, I am a customer of this bank since 2018.I suggest everybody to try this bank for your future financial transaction.Wish you all the best.
