For one DD they took entire day
No one is ready acknowledge the customer we wait for no reason like fools
No educated employee here worng information given office staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the branch only for a passbook update and was advised the person who updates passbook is on leave. Having 10 people working in the branch not one person helped with a single request of passbook update.
Since passbook could not be update due to member being on leave I requested to stick a bar code on my new passbook which was issued at Garden City branch (Another worst experience) and was advised Bar Code machine is not working. Now I travel for a distance and come to the bank for some work and that turns out a disappointment. Worst experience ever faced at a bank I must say.
For any question asked I am asked to go to the home branch (Mangalore) so would that mean I must travel to my hometown for any concerns regarding my account with CANARA Bank ? Moreover then for what are you seated at the Bangalore k r Puram branch ? Only to serve home branch customers ?
Nothing organized . Staffs not wearing mask or no other safety measures . No sanitizer . So many people gathered at one counter. I do not know if this feedback would be of any use but just sharing my experience for the first time about a simple request at this branch which led to disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even wish to give 1 star. Worst customer service. The staff and workers are rude all the time. Kindly asking you to be kind to your customers. They deposit and withdraw their money, not yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is now merged with syndicate Bank. When I went in there, it was huge crowd and PPF printer as usual was not working. I feel pity for workers there seeing huge crowd and very little staff.
