★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst branch. No customer orientation at all. We went there at 11:30 am to open savings account and they asked us to come tomorrow because they have to open accounts for 2 more customers. So, they can only open 2 accounts a day. I am not sure how lazy they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, the staff are very rude & behave as if they are doing charity by working there. I had requested for a statement, they made me wait for 45 min and then said that we have lot of work here, we cannot help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Branch and Branch staff I have ever seen....My mom's account is in different Branch and today I took her to this Branch to withdraw money but the person sitting in the counter refused to pass the cheque and they asked to take it from ATM... On going to the manager he infront of the customer used unparliamentary words to the attender who took my cheque to him ....Never seen such a kind of a behavior from a person who is sitting on the designation of Branch Manager....In nutshell the entire Branch and team is pathetic and absurd....Such a useless people sitting in the Branch..... Was planning to go for a FD at the Branch but decided against it now....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customercare service is not good. Even too answer to a question they take more time. Bot suitable for corporate customers. Nearest SBI branch which is at Subhashnagar branch is good branch where you can get the work done in less time than this branch. Since it is old branch, too much rush of customers, which has made the employees lazy…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One is more especially for bhatarahalli branch there is no response from any body in branch and they we go for manager he say go to counter 1 again counter 1say to counter 2 again counter 2 say comt tommorow. Serve issue same reason I'm hearing from 4 days.
