I called on the toll free number they Divert the call and in the last A lady picked up the call and when I asked her she cut the call and switched off the number.
Worst Courier Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheater . We registered in shiproket. FedEx udaipur convert 1 kg parcel to 4 kg and charge more money. We have proof for that but they did not give refund. Its happened many time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far. Ordered 3 shipments for pickup and none was picked for more than 7 days, I don't know how the brand is so hyped. Much better services are offered by delhivery and xpressbees. Never going to order from FedEx ever.
The pickup.never happened and have to book from other couriers. These guys won't survive long if such attitude persists further.

A parcel which reached to Udaipur on 21/01/2022 is not delivered till 01/02/2022 with 3 comments as "Customer not available or business closed." and finally a comment as "Shipment Refused by recipient." without even trying to deliver or call. We can check CCTV record that no one came to my office in +-30 minutes of the recorded time of comments.
