★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever courier service I ever tried ......
I ordered a stuff from Amazon and it was to be delivered by morning and I got call from them in afternoon that they received my parcel but when I tracked my parcel it came two days before at their place and when I called them again they were just rude to me and talking to me as if they were doing me a favour and they kept the phone .....
When I complained about it,I got a call from the customer care about the inconvenience caused and when I called FedEx they never answered my call and I think that I will never get my parcel
FedEx ? unfortunately is the worst ever thing I saw in my life and so I suggest other people to boycott it as customer satisfaction is missing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i hav better thought about fedex,,,, just close u r courier service if u can't manage it....poor contact support,,, worst tracking system.. and no knowledge staff.... in future ask ecommerce site before u buy don't deliver package via fedex courier service... ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good experience and staff is supportive.... note that if you sending any documents you need an envelope from your side and then they will give theirs for dispatch. ..... and office is on main road ... not as they say on google map .... so look around the area ?

E commerce site should rethink of sending package by FedEx
