Firstly they send send the faulty product and I have placed a complain by visiting there store immediately.. they said that they will send the engineer next day but they have arranged the engineer after 6-8 phn calls. Funny part is that engineer and company both were unable to fix it and they denied the exchange of product as well. ..What a company and what a service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst furniture store. Do not go to this place ever. They will sell you very poor quality products and their sales and service is pathetic. You will cry once you buy the furniture. They are just in short LOOTERA who will digest your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever....it is highly recommended not to buy from this lootera store...
I bought a dresser on January 2020. Got delivery on 10 Feb 2020. And that too was incomplete...and for next 1 year I called them multiple times....maybe 10-12 times a month.... they never called back... everytime they gave me false assurances... finally after more than 1 year I got the product on March 2021..
Now decide for yourself whether you want to get harassed or not... Before you make the purchase, they will behave nicely with u...but once you have paid, you will get to see their true colours...beware of this shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has quite a bit of varieties when it comes to the furnitures,liked their designs. We bought a sofa set with customised cushions,it looks great with our rooms.There was also a misunderstanding with the number of cushions they should have given but it was not mentioned in the bill about the number and we are still waiting for the man who needs to come for the polishing :( .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying furniture from this shop was the worst experienced in my life . I had order a sofa for which they committed to give delivery within 15 days but 1st of all they delivery it after 40 days that also after calling and requesting them atleast more than 10 time. And this was not the end. When we got the delivery of sofa ,it was incomplete, the marking cloth was not stiched properly and torn . And they had give 2 cushion instead of 4 that also was not as per the specifications given by us. When we tried to contact them to change multiple times after getting the delivery, they dont even bears the pain to call us . I will never recommend this shop ever. There services are worst. Please dont waste your time and money for buying furniture from this shop. They only know how to harass people. I even tried to contact the owner also but he is also a big liar and treated us in the same way. Even sales person there they are also big liar. They commit to you all before getting the order but while delivering the order they will failed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to buy things from this place. Neither the quality of the product is good nor the after sale service. The Owner is not the man of his words. I purchased sofa from this place in Oct 2020 the sofa material was not upto the standard (admitted by the owner too) as the cover started to get blown off from the second month of its purchase. I am still chasing the owner Mr. Sumit from Dec 2020 to replace the Sofa material. I have chosen the cloth to be replaced from this shop in Feb 2021 but till now they did not changed it and still saying give some more time. Pathetic person and pathetic place . Please don't buy anything from this place. You would visit his Showroom and think the person would deliver quality product but its not that. I am going to file complaint against them in consumer forum soon.
