★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth investing. So many things are in backlog with respect to what is promoted before purchasing and after booking. Brought a 2bhk unit back in 2016. It's looks beautiful location in first impression but the quality of construction ruin the value you paid. Not even worth to consider as second home living only because it's surrounded by Greenery. Plus a big question mark on developers credibility and commitment. Amenity space is not ready, parking allotment is not done, no drainage line, no corporation water supply.Overall developers lack of responsibility and accountability to provide quality apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking still not allocated for which builder has already charged heavy more over it no amenities. Seepage every where in building as well as in individual flat over all a great demo of how the work should not be done.
DONT INVEST IN THIS PROPERTY. Zero ownership from Builder. Not worth for value paid really felt like be fooled after investing here waiting for the parking since last year,.
EVEN AFTER PAYING HARD EARNED MONEY.....
