Sweet sales team. Worst after sales behaviour, starts once sale is done. Unresponsive or delayed response from management can be expected. Rude management, Abusing customer or insulting behaviour and comments can be expected, Unless you are prepared to look after your own safety don't invest here, Badly lit layout - walk outside at great risk to life and limb.
The approach road to the layout was only constructed after 3 years of writing letters and phone calls to everyone in Ferns Management. Even today there are pending infrastructure maintenance. Sad if I had known this earlier, I would have not invested and got trapped.
