Layout is close to MVIT, STONE HILL SCHOOL, ITC factory. Near the layout EMBASSY SPRING FIELD GARDEN is coming up in 300acres. Dravid-Padukone sportz academy is opened recently. Coming days expected to see many value adding activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well maintained, good place to invest. I am surprised and happy to see construction going on couple of sites. Good news is that the high tension wires are removed, which were passing though this layout.hoping that they are permanently removed.
