What made it different from other's was that every layer had a right ratio of cream and also a sprinkle of Butterscotch on every layer (could you believe that!). No shop in Bilaspur does that. Touch it up with right quantity of sugar n cream in it. Result: fresh n pure. FnP.

They deliver cake which is not at all similar to what has been ordered ..
I had ordered about 3-4 times expecting that it will get better or may be some improvisation would be taken up, but every single time I had worst experiences..
I suggest everyone to not buy from this place.
It's just waste of money with disappointment only.

Yesterday at Bilaspur 07/09/20 i order lucky bamboo with 2 flamingo worth 899₹+200₹+19₹fixed delviery convenience charge and 2099 rose with fish bowl vase online. Lucky bamboo came dried with yellow leaves and so small pot not shown as picture, and rose toh laga 5din purana kachracse le aya no smell dried petals. I wasted 3000₹+ here and spoiled my anniversary. Please guys don't order anything from here. Ferraro rocher chocolate rose vase ek vi packet covering nahi tha. Delivery boy sab gift aisei open leke aya. Don't waste money here horrible experience. Lootera

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are manner less people.Don’t know how to talk with customers. They even don’t value there one brand and also not care if you post reviews on social media.Don’t waste your money and time purchasing from FNP. Please buy from @ bakers in Bilaspur.
The window I selected is 8 to 10 am morning. As per not availability of chocolate we exceed time till 8 pm. They called me at 9:30 pm 2 times because they can’t read address such a uneducated people. As per them if you ordered from @ ferns and petals then your should wait whole day in your home just to receive your order.
Please don’t waste your money and time as they have not delivered the product nor refunded the money

I ordered flowers for my fiancee at that time I wasn’t using any online payment mode.. there is a Bengauli guy in this shop .. he said mam no problem u take ur time to make payment we will deliver flowers to ur fiancée.. they delivered n I made transfer after 2 days of delivery.. very cooperative staff ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly overpriced-quality compromised cake shop. We ordered fruit cake for celebration, but we recieved only disappointment. Cake contained stale fruit-Just apple and only whipped sugar *only in Rs. 850/-** (wow super cheap). Don't expect them to design cake as per your instructions, because staff is super busy making fool to other customers. Stay away from shop and save yourself from embarrassment.
