★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered a bouquet for home delivery for next day before 9:00 AM. However nobody turned up till 10 AM and by the time birthday girl left for work. When contacted the owner of the shop, he said that they are sending the same shortly and banged the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This flower shop has a nice selection however the customer care is absolutely horrible! To make things even worse the owner and worker are not helpful in any manner, have been going here for sometime until I realised they have been overcharging and cheating me consistently! I brought this up and even on my next visit I checked the price stem by stem and they still choose to cheat me. Old shop but terrible attitude! I recommend the bloom room which is in line with them or just go anywhere else bit here. Such a shame to see such dishonest behavior to repeat customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
