★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Friendly approach to booking boat tickets to Alibaug for PNP and Apollo Catarmans. You can book the tickets in advance using their online platform. You will get the tickets on the day of your departure. The person from Myboatride will handover the tickets to you during your check in at Gateway of India. Similarly, you can book tickets from Alibaug to Gateway as well.

I found it very easy to check ride slots availability. The interface for booking the tickets is also very user friendly.
Best is : Special asistance from the service guys stationed at both mandwa and gateway.

There was a person at both ends (gateway as well as mandwa) to receive us and to coordinate movement of so many people from parking to boarding. A person in our group came in late and missed the ferry. The MBR person went out of his way to ensure that the person was put on the next ferry of a different agency so the excursion wasnt spoilt. That was really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service. Now book your Boat Online. We had one of their boys escort us to our seat and also receive us at Mandwa Jetty. We skipped the line for entering the boat as well. Super stuff. They are also servicing Pool seats on Speed Boats. Awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must commend Ravi in Customer Service and Vishal at the Mumbai docking station, both of whom helped my husband and I during our recent sailing on PNP between Gateway of India and Mandwa. Ravi's prompt actions over the phone ensured that we did not face any problems, including change of timings, especially due to a family emergency, and for assistance in boarding the catamaran at both ends. He appointed Vishal to look after us and see us on and off the boat at Mumbai along with our hand luggage, since my husband is disabled. Ravi and Vishal are a great credit to the BookMyBoat team! Thank you very much!
