★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude behaviour. I happened to have an appointment today, at 5pm for which I couldn’t attend due to a medical emergency. I also didn’t have the bandwidth to inform the team. I received a call from the said person, who was extremely rude! He told me that they lost a lot of clients due to my one cancellation. If I have a medical emergency, I didn’t know a nail appointment needed precedence over it!
