★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this around a month back, average layout with basic features but just near high tension line. I don't think it's safe to construct and stay as safe distance for electric field is 12m minimum and magnetic field is 50m. Here it's hardly 4 to 6 meters. Unsafe if you are exposed to it round-the-clock. Not sure how it got approval.. may be high tension line came after it has got approval.
