★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratings will range between 3.5 - 4 based on the actual unit in question. Location is excellent. The drainage system has some clogging /reduced flow in the kitchen at times ( this issue is for the units facing to the rear, not in the front). Water is not an issue. The sewage pipes used to drip down onto the basement, of late I see some attempt at repair. Unless you contacted the owner for renting, have explicit discussions on what comissions may be due to those who spoke to the owner on your behalf or introduced you to the owner. The common walls have not been painted since the building came up. Some people avoid apartments for fear of having to constantly run into other people, but no one bothers to knows or talks to anyone here, so that should not be an issue.
