Pros Latest technology, new investment, fast implementation of projects. Salary package offered it little more than market rate. Cons There are 3 divisions within this company. 1. Corporate 2. car 3. Power train. Corporate and power train work culture is OK. Car work culture is worst. Many officer have to work 14 to 16 hours straight. While joining HR does not makes clear that it is 6 days working schedule (Saturday working). After employee joins he gets shocks. 14 to 16 hours for 6 days certainly brings toll on you. Most of the senior management is tired all the time and they get angry and personal many times throughout the day. Travel time to company is 1 hour in the morning and 2.5 to 3 hours back home. factory is 50 kms away from closet habitable neighborhood. Too much internal politics between car and corporate division for power struggle. Many non-ethical practices like fudging plant data is normal business. Plant works 360 days out of 365 days. all officers are expected to work for 360 days. Top management never takes a day off. Supplier do not provide parts in time and their finance is not taken care of. Company makes bond by paying employees cars and it is a hefty penalty while leaving the organization. Abusive language including hindi "galiya" are common practice to by presidents to general managers and senior general managers let alone everyone else in the organization. They make many officers stay till anytime till 10pm to 2am in the morning without making arrangements for them to go home. Everyone upto AGM are working in shifts. 2nd shift ends at midnight 12 but many time extends till 3am. Top managers including AGMs are asked to stay back. They are hiring very talented people and then abusing them by over working or with verbal abuse.Show Less Advice to Management Need a big switch at top management. Someone from FCA global needs to have presence in top management to ensure ethical practices are followed. Many legendary brands are made in this plants and are exported from here. They are made with fudging numbers. The legal liability of this is very big. The recalls will be costly. Best practices from NAFTA, EMEA and APAC region needs to be implemented and monitored otherwise whole business case is in the trouble.
