They are very active and prompt to reply your calls and mails till they receive their payment. But once the payment is done they don't even answer your calls and mails.
We gave them an order for the epoxy flooring. Initially they were so good and they did excellent work at very reasonable price. But after one month the epoxy started peeling off. Then after this they stopped replying to mails and calls.
i suggest all off you to not go for their services as you may save some money but the after sales support is zero.
The people who were in contact are Mr. Dhar and Anurag Kochhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company, first purchase department was in hurry of material once the material delivered it was kept as it is for four months at the time of payment they kept delaying the payment and returned the material available with them in stock. They have still not cleared our payment till date it is already more than 17months.
