This is Lenskart head office. This place is very good for working as a fresher. They hire graduate candidates only but offer good salary. I would suggest freshers to work here for future growth.

Pathetic fallacy or having bad experience, lenskart's only 14 days warranty policy covers nothing it's just looting the hard earned money from customers in name of warranty which covering just damages caused to the product due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel off, peeling of color and color fading or everytime once you get any breakage will paying the difference even you are not liable for that.it will not taking any responsibility for any manufacturing defects due to bad material . Lenskart warranty does not cover: Product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering and loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear & tear. There is no manufacturing defects or any accidental broken covered under this ,also it's wholly depends on company's discretion or meharbani what is accidental or what's manufacturing defects,so once you get any defect or breakge even manufacturing one due to bad quality of material, inspite of exchange or cover the product fully,they will demanding for pay the defference for even exchange of the same product . Lenskart haven't realised your value of time, money or efforts you get through this prospective trouble. Just recently I was going through this journey, I brought two specs from lenskart, today morning (20th March,2021) when I was studying, one of my specs rim suddenly getting broken with just a sound of tuck, after this I was calling respective Lenskart flagship store ( K Block,CP, Delhi) where I brought them only 36 days back,One assistant madam was recieving the call,I was brief my issue, then she was requesting me to come to lenskart outlet for further assistance. In today evening by 6.30 PM, I went to store and convey my concerns to her, she was help to complete the formalities to processed a claim for me and till approved the same ,I was waiting there,once it getting approved ,they wanted to choose the product for exchange and after selecting the product system was demanding to pay some extra amount for whom I was not responsible to bear, the loss which was happened prima facie due to manufacturing defects or bad quality of materials which was completely under the lenskart quality control,So why I'm supposed to paying the extra money, valuable time or efforts . After just 36 days, product is broken how can customer was bear the loss,when Lenskart also falsely claimed in advertising for so called unmatched durability,super flexibility, cutting edge material hard to breaking even on bent and turn upto 360 degrees of the product, luckily I couldn't met any adventures mentioned above it's happened when you are nothing to do with your specs it's just on your nose or suddenly break. I was also requesting her to talk to any senior management ,she denied the same or told me that she was the only who handle the claims or there was no another person to responding you at the store. I was standing there 2 hrs on feet ,there was no any sitting arrangements or water availability for you to convey your grievances, after this uncomfort, i was not able to stay there more and having lost my hope or tired from this drama I was come back to my home. It's a case of advertising misrepresentation of quality of products and also deficient services,it means company didn't fully informed to consumers about the performance and quality of all goods and services, which is not expected from brands like lenskart,where lot of innocent people relying as a responsibile brand,but in absence of good customer friendly redressal policy, it's really painful to trust . I also stated that it's March closing time, we all are expected to working in a way to complete our task even in busy weekend. In absence of specs I will anable to execute my essential duties.After spent huge amount of hard earned money or valuable time, there is no one to hear your concerns satisfactory manner and compensate the loss. I want to give zero stars but no option for that here.very pathetic experience of buying online from lenskart.it has been already 12:days,I have placed the order but they didn't deliver and on system delivered status is showing.No one in customer care is here to listen.very frustrating experience.

Biggest fraud company this is. Ordered two items from them, paid full amount in advance and it has been ten days but they haven't delivered my order. Will never ever buy anything from them in future and recommend the same to all.

They mentally torcher the employees by making them work for more than 12-15 hrs a day, against the OSH Code 2020 of 8 hrs a day. You've hired them as an employee. Don't practice white collar slavery system just for your personal benefits.. They're also humans , they also have their personal life.. Take the cognisance as soon as possible or change your working pattern..!!! It's really inhumane..!! It's not only happening in this company, it's almost very same for all the IT sector companies..!!
