★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lab for food and beverage testing. Honest results, that is the best part! No compromise with quality testing. Unlike other labs, who do not produce trust-worthy results.
A 4 floor facility, and R&D centre. Excellent facility. The lab itself is clean and hygienic, and staff takes care of the clients. A testing facility with great ethics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 communication skills with the people on the helpdesk. To be specific i called 4-5 times and ‘Geetika Pal’ is the women i talked with and I asked her for an escalation matrix on my last call and she literally asked me to not call again.
What is the point of help desk team if they have no escalation matrix and do not even take their job seriously!! She was super rude and no experience as to how to talk to a customer.
She did not even care to take my ID number, my details anything. The lab has not provided my results since the past three days and i do not understand where is the delay.
P.S get your check up done from a better n a professional place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I had got my covid test done on 16th of April 2021 after 72 hrs still not received the reports. I had called the customer care too to sort this matter but no positive response from thier side. At first they were not picking up the cl but when they did they simply told us to wait till evening but not got the reports then we called again and then again they said to wait till 8:00pm but still no response. Finally my husband called them so they rudely replied that ' abhi aur time lagega' and they hung up on him. I just wanted to know if anyone is having emergency then how much he has to wait for the reports can you please tell us so that from next time we'll adjust with your suitablilty. I recomment plz do not get your any test done from here.
