I tried to contact on helpline no. But there no response
I tried to chek thru given VID on metropolis website but didnt get any status
Very poor service by sanjeevni & metropolis
Its being 36 hrs. And ididnt get reports.
Very poor managment by sanjivani
Cash receipt already received in mail but reports cant ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extra charge of blood test taken though offer is there.not guide properly by staff. They did not refund extra amount charged by metropolis.first check offer price properly don't rely on staff.check twice before making payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very greedy people. They came for blood collection and i paid the amount which they asked. But after an hour i m getting an email that your 20 rupees are due so we cannot share reports with you. I paid 2300 for report in which 250 collection charges i paid and for 20 rupees that because of their collection agents mistake hold my reports.
Not responsive even. When i asked cause of 20 rupees due they hold my report cause of their mistake they didn’t have answer…
Try any other laboratory….i was fan once cause of their service and response but now it’s too worse. They are not picking up the call even…
Extreme greedy team….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ectremely rude staff do not even k ow bow to talk with patient. They do touch syringe needle with their same glove which they are wearing since morning.
Post that it will go into your vein
Best of luck if you are going there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited rajkot branch and the branch was open from 8 am. But the doctor was not there giving the reason that its raining so the staff will come late. We travelled 45 kms to get this test done and still waiting!
