Even less flexibility in food if you have medical limitations and the staff is too amateur to handle cases other than that of non vegetarians and youngsters, like diet for people with thyroid or cholestrol or such. Quantiy of salads is much lesser than other Deliveries like Salad Days or Innerchef and also have more price.

Subscription makes it so much easier coz I literally just sit back and enjoy whatever is delivered to me knowing it's made with the best and freshest ingredients. I get to choose my protein, carbs and fat intake, rest I leave to the capable hands of the Fig team. Impeccable stuff. Recommending it to everyone.

Amazing food quality and none can beat Fig when it comes to healthy, tasty, hygienic and quality food. Well educated and knowledgeable staff. Owner has great in-depth knowledge of nutrition and can customise meal as per your convince. Superb team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been taking meal plans from them for weight loss. And what they say is right, they absolutely make healthy eating delicious. They have so much variety in healthy foods. And they never disappoint. Their apple cinammon oats and porcini chicken is my favorite.
