Parat’s Bhopali Murg Rizala and the Patiala Shahi, for example, will recall the most special curries from Royal kitchens. In a city where there are way too many mainstream Desi food restaurants, Parat offers a taste that's rarely experienced anywhere else in Gurgaon - and sticking my neck out to say, in Delhi NCR. mutton nihari, mutton raan are to die for. The marination of Tandoori chicken and its crispiness is difficult to match. This is a place to watch out for as it has a tremendous potential. Really hope that even if it franchises, the taste and the quality don't ever get compromised.

I loved all the dishes I ordered - tawa bhuna chaap, mathania chicken tikka, tawa Prawns with methi kulchas and my all-time favorite meat chawal.. in main, truffle scented butter chicken and sikandri raan were oh-so-amazing with Maqbooli roti... Must Must Try place if you want to have a perfect Royal flavours in dinner at home.
