★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyc gas agency but sometime it cancles your booking without giving any reason but the staff is to cooprative . there is one more problem I dont know why but they dont take calls on custumer care number so If you have any problem you have to go contact in branch directly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this agency. Everytime I book , it takes more than 20 days to deliver. In 5-6 days they genearge cash memo and commit to deliver in 4-5 days, then after 5-6 days they cancel the booking themselves. One has to keep complaining several times. Their landline is always busy, maybe their staffs use it for personal calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow I like these guys... Got the connection within 5 days post online application, almost 3 yrs ago. Have not faced any delayed delivery untill now. Changed address twice in this duration. Got it updated within 24 hrs. Have a couple of disputes in the address though on the most recent request but nothing that can not be rectified.
Just have one issue... On calls, people seldom answers.
Overall have a good experience with them...
Just a request, please respond on our calls, we office goers' really struggle with taking out time to visit you. No offence but please...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's on the first floor of the complex. Couldn't find a lift but stairs available on both right and left sides. Guess the right side one is shorter.. staffs were really helpful and made the process complete within 10 minutes - efficient and supportive. They instruct / inform on the documents and copies that are required when we call and enquire which is really useful.
Enough parking space and rest room available in the complex.

Absolutely wonderful. Not to mention their phone actually works and someone answers.
