Will make customers run to get Photocopies and printouts without exactly telling what all do they need.
1. When whole world is going Digital - why so much obsession with "Photocopies" ?
2. Why can't they have a Photocopier or Scanner in their office from there they can do this?
Anyways, the only reason they have 1 star is that Bharat Gas's Booking Process and Delivery of Cylinder is good, though this Agency has nothing to do with that central process.
Stay away from Rude people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in ardee city and staff is decent. Some of them are bit lazy and hit headed but have patience and they are good. They overcharged me lost regulator while returning the connection. I was in hurry and didn't checked the amount on paper and what they asked. ( I paid 300 instead of quoted price of 150.) Overall the association was fine. The delivery guys were usually nice and hard working delivering and picking your cylinder. Office staff behaviour needs improvement.

First they will not deliver on time, secondly their delivery men will provide cylinder of Indane and then at time of refill they will not replace it saying cylinder is not of Bharat gas. Mr. Kishan Negi who said he is the Manager won't offer any help or take a complaint against the delivery. So either way the customer suffers.
