★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using Aravali for 4 years now, ever since we moved to Gurgaon. Aravali had excellent service - book today and you got the cylinder the next morning without fail. Now, it has been 3 days since I booked, no sign of it yet. Tried calling their landline number - either engaged or no one answers. Disappointed, to say the least...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst gas agency in gurgaon.better to go for other agencies like indane or etc. In my location delivery man used to deliver 100 to 200 sylinder on daily basis but now a days he is not delivering gas on the time, sometimes he escape at 7:30 some of the time he is carrieng only 10 to 15 sylinder he has no fix time to deliver gas lots of people suffering from his negative attitude when people calls agency to complain about him agency says we can't do anything delivery person will handle according to him..... This is out of mind to understand that agency is careless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service of this agency. They only deliver the cylinder if you lodge a complaint against them in the helpline of Bharat Gas. Otherwise everytime you book a gas cylinder they never deliver it the within that week. Such poor efficiency.
My recommendation is to stay away from them and choose other agency if your time is important to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and bad services... When asked for gas, they told us to come to the center and take it and refused to deliver. Only if there was a higher authority we could speak to about these corrupt employees.
