1. Experience
I had very difficult three years at this place. There are 3 CAs in this firm. Sandeep ahuja, Surekha ahuja and Sarthak ahuja. Probably you may have seen Sarthak’s videos on linkedin or Instagram, don’t get excited by his videos. Because most of the time he will not be available in firm and he has zero decision making authority, and even after so many degrees he talk to the staff like :mein tujhe thappad maar dunga”, means I will slap you. He can’t even grant you permission for half day. Other two partners always shout on articles unnecessarily and try to blame articles for everything.
No saturdays will be off and if they say that you will be given set off at the time of exam leaves, thats a clear lie. They don’t care for your final exams, you may have to sit till 8 pm and maybe 11-11:30 pm at the time of ITRs.
2. Attractive payroll ; If you are joining due to stipend, you may have to return that stipend in excess of 2500 i.e. basic by ICAI to them in case of transfer and you may even in that case will not be allowed transfer easily. Even they don’t pay bonus as committed. So if you get registered in this firm, it will be very hard for you to get out of this firm and will have to work like slavery for 3 years. If you are thinking that other comments are good on google maps, than I would like to tell you that these are done by their clients on the request of Sarthak sir.
3. Learning is also zero: Partners themselves are not updated, Like one of them didn’t even realise that deduction of TDS on salary is inclusive of cess, they asked me , Is that new amendment ? Even Inter student knows that. So analyze yourself, will you learn anything ?
Summary: For articleship it’s a Big NO and as paid assistant you are mostly welcomed into toxic environment .
