The shop ambience is very classy & girls working there had good knowledge. Especially the designer. She guided us well. My kids are very excited to were them?

Waltzed in one day to take a peek and now hooked on. They do have some fine collection of daily wear and some choices of party wear. I can’t comment on the bridal outfits as I never needed.
However, from my experience they do make an effort to please the customer to the specs. I have personally seen the owner work with her customers ensuring that her customers are satisfied.
On the price of being high, sometimes I do feel that but I would never compromise on the quality.
Thank you Finesse for always taking the extra effort to make me feel special.

Have you ever seen a shop owner that outrightly denies to give you service? Inspite of you willing to pay the desired amount.
Welcome to Finesse Boutique, on Waltair Main Road, in Vizag.
I reached Visakhapatnam few months back. Coming from Mumbai, I was really looking for a boutique that gives good dress material and great stitching.
First time I visited this boutique, the owner denied service to me. She said she doesn't stitch dress material purchased from outside. I thought it was fair. Few days later, I realized that she was stitching blouses for two of my friends who also purchased the material from outside. When my friends spoke to her, she catered to my needs.
Apparently, the owner here, Ms. Girija, works only when someone recommends your name.
Anyway, she stitched some dresses for me but her arrogance and attitude was always sky rocketed. And she has no respect for customers.
During my third visit, she insulted me in front of other customers. And made me feel low. Highly disappointed. Being a Psychologist, I can surely say that such attitude indicates Narcissism (inflated sense of self importance), moodiness and total lack of empathy for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. the quality of the work is too bad.. they charge high and give you all the promises but the work is poor.. they are good at collecting the money prior but they never deliver them on time.. they took three months for designing the blouses still they didn’t deliver on time.. the way they handle the customer is poor.. I don’t recommend this Botique to anyone.. it’s waste of money. Not worth at all to anyone..
