★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a bad experience at Marks and Spencer, Vizag. There was a shortage of staff, the available staff could not attend on us, and we had to head out of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know for what purpose the store has placed phn number on Google when they don't respond to calls.
Stock is at its lowest since weeks and no one has responded either to call to the number given or to respond to calls placed by me....
As someone mentioned about the staff, i advise the management to review their recruitment process and make sure the staff placed at store are more responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark's & Spencers being the name that it is known all over the world. The somehow the clothes are Ok. Nothing to rave about. Yes the quality is good. But they need to change the cuts for the ladies. They're catering more for the elderly English ladies. The young look for trendy & hep in fashion clothes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place of shopping for the elite as the prices are on the higher side. But has a very good collection of modern fashionable attires for women and men. Not much for the children though. The part I really loved was there was a clothes donation programme where one can donate their old clothes for a coupon for 600 rupees. It's not about the discount but liked the initiative a lot. Has a separate parking lot which has got ample space.
