★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: Good and easy to spot from a distance. It is surrounded by White Orchid and Gaur City 2 buildings (10th, 11th, 12th Avenues).
Parking: Difficult to find in operational timings of store. This is a significantly crowded place.
Availability Of Cycles: Not many. I saw only MTBs there and upon enquiring the salesperson mentioned that hybrid and city bikes are not available. Upon enquiring further he either evaded the question or poorly answered it.
Service Quality: At least for firefox bikes, it is no good. First they don't keep all spare parts so you got to arrange it for other store. Second the service quality itself is bad. I had a bike serviced there (as the first service provided by firefox is free) and within days of service, the gear started making noise. The gears itself is not changing properly. So I assume that service person took the bicycle and returned to me after removing dirt.
Accessories: Very pricy and non negotiable price. If you ask for the value for money part, salesperson don't have any answer at all. They are reluctant in accepting credit cards and only accept so if no option left.
Firefox needs some serious quality check for their service centers. In the name of premium bikes, they charge a lot but fail to provide matching services.
