After sales service is pathetic.
I got hair treatment done from them last week.
As my hair was extremely damaged the hairdresser suggested me a hair treatment and since the tips of my hair was extremely frizzy and damaged he told me he will need to trim it to remove the damaged hair.
Now the hairdresser has given me a layer cut without even telling me or asking me.
Now the salon staff is telling me as my hair is extremely thin there are waves I m getting on the bottom.
If smoothening is done,no matter what the hair cut the hair remains straight.
And the look on the owner of the salon Parul was like she is doing a favour on me.
Extremely poor after sales service. You lost a genuine customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go in this salon for haircut they did blunders with the hair. Literally ruined my hair and did the uneven haircut, also use razor. I can’t even express what they did to my hair and don’t even accept their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for pedicure after the lock down. Dheeraj is the guy who did it. I didn’t just get the pedicure but almost deep tissue leg massage with the pedicure. Super amazed with the service. Well trained professionals. And very clean and calm ambiance. Keep it up.
