★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a crib for my baby I paid for it but did not take delivery then I decided to cancel as we had some space constraint I was told it cannot be cancelled then I asked for a credit note for which I had to chase them for 3-4 days and after that they said yes but they said I have to use it within 7 days and in one go , then again I asked to at least extend the duration and not keep it limited to one visit , I had to again chase them then they agreed to extend it for one month then rajasthan announced a lockdown , and when my credit note was about to expire I checked if they will extend it as shops were closed they bluntly declined and had to go the store amid lockdown to buy the stuff
I asked for a bed rail they didn't had that , I wanted teets for bottle they dint have that I had to buy the stuff I did not even needed
On top of worst customer experience store doesn't have any good product no variety in toys , no books for kids , no discount website is much cheaper , worst customer handling .
Well for sure I am not visiting the c scheme first cry again in my Lifetime nor recommending to any of my known
Now after receiving the reply from the owner owner wants to blame us I was ready to take the material but all I wanted was time and no cap on visit now after your allegations and threating you showing yourself how much the store cares about its customers I had a geninue reason to return and I did not even take delivery I did not ask for a refund .
Secondly , everytime I had to follow up regarding the situation I never got any call from the store regarding the issue I kept on checking and everytime there was a excuse of covid protocol credit note not being issued but how come store was open during govt lockdown ain't you contradicting yourself here
Thirdly
I am not playing blame game I bought the material I utilised my complete credit note and note not asking for any discount or freebies from your store .
Under the govt of Rajasthan guideline keeping your establishment open during the pandemic can lead to closure of premises or temporary sealing and a penalty of upto 21000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very super duper pathetic store ...very rude to customer selling products more than online price ..Satender d manager there is super rude n missguide d cutomers wid products ..I have 3 tyms bad expreince there ..they sell products which r broken n defective n vo bhi Jan puch kai ..even though I have seen the defect they changed wid another defect at counter ..fraud store fraud staff sorry guys u all vl b shatterd soon wid lots of complains

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Agressive sales- Salesman/woman try to sell you expensive stuff.
2) Always ask for price.
3) Ask them for cheaper options.
4) Tally the rates from their app or website..they people sell on higher price. This is my personal experience though they agree and gave refund..but this is like jisko chamka usko chamka.
5) Don't get sentimental for shopping for your child...thoda sa dimaag lagaao dikhawe pe mat jaao.
6) only few options are good ... Rest you can buy from local shops.

Don't go for in store shoping, same product online price is to low according to their store..... Online you have so much option their is only few options....
I purchased Rainbow Piano via in store shoping- Rs.1400/- (approx)
at online shame product Rs. 1100/- (approx).
I think this is fake rating.
