★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is conveniently located , has 4-5 curbside car parking spots and bike parking also. Staff are helpful and understanding. They help with showing options, rebates and also take bookings for out of stock items. May ask for Bharath at the store when you are there to get optimal recommendations. They have almost full range for childcare including apparel, gadgets, furniture, toys and a whole lot more under one roof. Perhaps an elevator to first floor and restroom at both floors might be a good addition. They provide home delivery and assembly as well. Items are competitively priced and seasonal discounts plus club membership programs help with rebates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most stores in India give 30 days return/exchange policy. Most stores in USA give 3 months. FirstCry bill says no return/exchange while store says 3 days verbally.
Won’t be shopping at any of their stores anymore with the kinda pathetic customer services that’s provided. Pandemic is only an excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a bicycle for approx. Rs.6500. The handle was completely covered when we bought. We examined the rest of the cycle and it seemed fine. But after removing the covering of the handle, realised that it was covering a big fent in the handle. Really it was unexpected of a company like firstcry. Really disappointed with the purchase. Kindly examine everything before buying anything from here.
