I visited here for RAM upgrade with very reasonable price for the hardware only, no charges for installation, cleaning or polishing my laptop. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I would rate lapserve 5 start i had faced issue with my HP laptop fan where it was identified quickly and only right part was changed no unnecessary misguding or leading ....had a issue with the replaced part which they again replaced to me witout any hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just needed some regular fan cleaning and thermal paste for my laptop. Gave it in and within 40 mins it was done. They even show you the parts if you request for it. Anyway after it was complete, no problems found and now my CPU & GPU runs ~35C cooler!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my Sony Vaio laptop for repair due to not turning on and they changed the complete model number and before that they use to tell me it will cost 4k for removing water and later they told diff story saying the circuit has to be changed and negotiated to 3.5k. But these people will break the laptop and they will not care about screws while opening and i have multiple issues after the repair. My wifi is always on and lights for wifi and power on is always on, backlit keyboard configuration when to turn is not available. Vaio care app does not work at all. After sleep mode, laptop does not turn on, it just shows all lights on, but laptop doesn't turn on. The CD drive is malfunctioning and system gets hung every 10 minutes(i have very good laptop config with 8GB RAM).
They put fevicol to stick the broken parts of laptop and they somehow tell everything is working and it is as before and they send you away.
Worst service experience. I travelled from west bengaluru to whitefield just by seeing reviews but they loot money and still no quality repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely satisfied with the service offered by Lapserve. I had issues with my ASUS R558U laptop specifically the keyboard and hard disk being very slow as it was failing. The technicians were very professional and customer friendly. I went for replacing the keyboard, upgrading to an SSD and adding an additional 8 GB RAM. My laptop runs faster than before now with the new Windows 11. The prices were very reasonable too. Overall it was a great experience getting my laptop fixed as good third part service centers are difficult to find. But Lapserve is an exception. Would definitely recommend them to fix your Laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave hp mini for repair. After 2 weeks they told me mb problem. Returned it with broken hinge. Then on complaining and reminding they said it was recd in that condn. Two people called me and said it was recd in that condition. On rrminding them that they gave a receipt form when i handed it to them all communication stopped. I Do not recommend this outfit, as novices play with the items and dont know how to service, they then outsource.
(To owner:. Kindly replace the lower cabinet frame. Temporary glueing of screw will come off again)
They tried to restore this, also earlier laptop with power pro lem which again cooled out they were not successful, but refunded the money paid.
Unfortunately I am stuck with damaged mini cabinet, which needs a new chassis.
