β β β β β They gave me fake babyhug diapers of very bad quality ND lesser elasticity. No mother can deny the importance of good quality diapers in this busy world.
However what firscry delivers oblige through app is far better than shopping product here.... With higher price and Fake and worst quality.
One cannot be assured of quality of the product that they are selling.
You are not supposed to cheat customers on the name of brand like first cry.
No.. Its not about money.. Its just I want ppl to be aware of the product they are getting.. They should not go for it blindly.. And yes.. The refund can't compensate for the inconvenience caused to my little one.. Thank u

Bad customer service.
They are not at all worried about customers
No ventilation and no AC running in store.
1 fan in entire shop only for person sitting on counter.
Firstcry should immediately look into it.
