β β β β β I have brought 2 items from this place Worth rs 12000 but both seems to be defective. For the latest one(tricycle) I went their showroom and they only denied and suggested to get it repaired from other shops.
I would recommend to have a close look to the product before buying from this shop or buy online atleast they give proper discounts also.

Very rude ill-mannered staff, not only did they not agree to exchange the clothes (which for new borns is always a challenge when it comes to fitting and is never a problem when ordering online) they were actually saying that we should've checked before buying when clearly we asked multiple times (is the nomenclature of months on the tag with respect to size, same for all, to which the staff replied it varies from brand to brand). They are actually expecting us to get our child in these times to their shop try the clothes and then buy!!!! Pathetic service.
What's more first cry is just a consolidator of several brands of apparels thus they don't take any responsibility!!!
I would've given 0 star if that was possible.

β β β β β It is a good baby products shop but you will not find full range here compared to Online. If I compare with other baby stores then this is certainly much better. It is better to shop online if you want a wider range. If you ask for a specific type from the site they can arrange for it.
Mask is not required here. people roam without masks and no one says anything. Overall a good shopping experience.

Will recommend to buy from this firstcry store as they gave me home delivery service also.

β β β β β Just one word..the worst first cry store! Bought a toy Jeep from the store. Delivery after 2-3 days with broken parts.. assembly with defects.. replacement done with defective parts..requested for replacement..hard time to communicate with Mr Sameer..they will not pick up the phones..they will just delay the process..kept following for refunds..no response from the store even after..I would recommend others as well to refrain from buying anything from this pathetic store..
