Duped me into purchasing 2 dresses at MRP without discount, saying this is fresh season fashion, when looked up at site, it was showing the same dress at 60% discount. When asked for a refund/exchange just after 3 days, they denied (when site gives refund for the whole month), in the name system wont accept.
Dont think they are using first cry system, they are just duping their customers. Never ever going to this shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man is a fraud and a cheat. Sold me clothes at full price when there was a 50% discount going on. Said that stock is new hence discount not applicable. But when we checked manufacturing date immediately after payment, it was of one year back.
He refused to give back money and conveniently his system crashed right at that time.
They seem to have done it to many customers as store was entirely empty. Firstcry should close this store or they risk their reputation.
