So please do test stuff for your baby in the shop and buy online to get the huge discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor worst customer service. I have purchased stroller from this store for my baby n after few days only the handle of stroller was not working properly. After some time i have complain to the first cry sec -9 staff to get the handle changed. They asked to leave the stroller their only after few days i asked them whether it is replaced or not so they informed me that the new handle will be charged i agreed to pay that also. N they assure me that it will corrected in 10-15days. Its approx 5 months after regularly following up them dere is no response from them all the time dey said we will recieve the handle within 2-3 days . But no body called back . I have talked to their store manger Mr. Dinesh, Meenakshi madam, Mr. Gurpreet several times but no response. At last wen i went their n asked them the reason for fouling me they told me that its only a sales store n they dont have time to get the things repaired. Truely harrasing. Never buy anything from this store. They charge so much for things n say it in warranty but nothing. They all are experts in making us fouls.
