★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although store has good collection of kids stuffs .. store isnt managed properly.. i have bought items many times from this store bt 2 times they have not given me the item and billed me for the same .. the very nxt day when i went to store they denied that the item has been taken by u as i have the inventory with same number of items .. they directly blame the customer .. i wud not suggest this shop when you are buying more stuffs at a time .. cz they might cheat u by not giving any item ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of ur store manager Mr roushan mishra is quite savage, rude, arrogant. I have purchased baby wipes of johnsons yesterday and he assured me that in case I want to exchange it , they will do it warmly. But when I went to exchange it today. Mr roushan behaved badly with me. I have registered complain in their complaint book and kept my purchased baby wipes in their custody. But he said that he will throw me out of store, if I stay there anymore, what to say more. Will not visit this store in near future despite being old customer of this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed store with arrogant staff. They charge money for everything. Misbehave is part of their job. I think they are taught ti misbehave with customers from day first. I m sharing here One of my experience I bought one battery opertaed byke from first cry online store. I visited the store to know as to how charge the byke. They asked 1000 rupees for telling as to how charge the byke. I denied and preferred to return the item costing about Rs. 5000 /-

He refused to give the cash receipt, citing printer is out of order, I didn't even received any SMS as well. He behaved rude when asked for the receipt again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad exprience, my brother buy for my daughter he shop for 7000 but cloth was small so i went for replace it the havnt attent us and 2 product the havnt replace bec the have given manual bill from their side only.
Even they have not attent we have search cloth buy own, the havent entertain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time. They don't have good collection for newborn baby. One staff was responsive but other was kind of rude and was not showing any interest to sell products. I bought cap and shocks for kid.
All good review or rating given by his own person \friends or sales guy. Will never visit this shop again.
