good trainers not all but most of them are very supportive and helpful.
value for money, everything included in one package like yoga, bollywood and many more.
other good services like steam bath is also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The FIRST FIT group is a big fraud, they do not follow ethical business practices & only mean to earn profit, the Dhanori branch is been closed without letting members know, but we were asked to pay our membership & now none of them is taking the responsibility to communicate with the gym members nor are they willing to pay back the amount.
DO NOT TRUST FIRST FIT !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just joined the gym and I'm loving it totally. Amazing instructors, always ready to help. Lovely ambience and even the gym members are cooperative enough to not keep you waiting for a machine. Love the environment. You'd easily spend 2-2.5 hours here

I was cheated, don't ever go for year long membership.
We got two year long membership (two people) out of which we went to gym for 2-3 months after which corona lockdown started, and all gym were shut for few months. When it all started back again I contacted them for the remaining months of my membership and they said it's all finished, you will have to take a new membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good gym, adequately and appropriately equipped. The best part is the trainers, who are well trained, knowledgeable and understand the anatomy. They are not in a hurry to provide quick fixes, rather work on problem areas to help you cope up and better sustainability. They know the basics well and only after analysing your need would they recommend. They don't believe in standardization, they practice specialization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing gym with a variety of equipments and very good trainers. I would say that it is one of the best gyms in Viman nagar.

They have 3 separate areas -
1. For weight training and cardio
2. Functional training and leg training equipment
3. Studio
The best part about the gym is that there are additional group sessions throughout the week (HIIT, Yoga, Spinning, Bollywood dance) which the members can attend without any extra cost.
Totally worth the money.
