I have joined this gym 2months ago and lost around 6.5kg of weight with the help of experienced trainer Bunny sir , he is very professional ams expert in weight-loss work out training ..
anyone who wants to loose weight and dont want to spent alot of money must join fit andf gym in indore they help you to reach your goal with in your budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the review before joining the gym and really find all review are actually positive. Gym is at its best it is spacious well equipped good cleanliness less crowded. No need to wait for equipment. Trainer are very cooperative and attentive and give their best. Bunny sir is my personal Trainer and he is one of the best. My Vipul (owner) is also very cooperative and take care of his gym and members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Fit & Freak. VERY friendly trainer especially Bunny sir who make me actually want to go train. Joined PT with Bunny sir, and got great results lost 9 kgs in first month 94 kg to 85 kg! will keep going, Would highly recommend!
