Standard loads and machines are available.
Those who are expecting specific machine for abs or back may get a bit disappointed.
It's a deal against the amount they lay.

I was here only for a month but Gaurav sir and his staff gets it done! No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit during vacation or to train like a hardcore athlete, Wings 7 has what you're looking for.
