★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice place the trainers are very nice and they will guide you even you have not taken any PT from them, but if you want a desired shape then you must go for it the gym offers you great atmosphere and of course best in class equipment and in addition to it they have sauna bath too i toh just love this place and i recommend it to every body who is into fitness or just want to do something about his unshaped body or just want to be FIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff. Quoted me a different price when I visited, asked for a much higher price when I went to join on Day 1. Please make sure to take a bill in written prior to joining. Otherwise be ready to get thugged.
Also located in a very shady place. They have locked the front door in fear of getting sealed by cops, and are giving a backdoor entry. Join at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big NO for this gym. I personally had a very bad experience in this gym. The owner holds a wrong attitude towards the girls in the gym. He leaked my number and therefore I faced problems in my family and had to quit the gym. The owner is some chhapri from shahdra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym equipments -- 3/5 Machines are nice but Dumbbell quality is too bad even some weights are missing,
Crowded -average, didn't see anyone re-rack anything more of a Desi gym vibe.
Ventilation and area - Congested , closed space , little suffocating at times.
Cleanliness -okish
Parking -5/5 enough space and easy to find.

No one at the reception, no trainer or staff to help you out with training , they are busy having their tea or training themselves.
This is not at all the gym for the beginners or fresh trainees but maybe okayish for the one's who are pro at gyming as they have some equipments.
In any good gym when you go they first take your BMI and tell you your issues or workouts specific to your issues and goals are set accordingly and being a part of cult fit i expected the same and also to take safety measures like sanitization and cleanliness which was nil.
A big NO for this place , You rather workout at home then coming to this place.
