★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the gym a month back and have the following points to share :
1. All exercise machine are available and are of very good quality. They are all new and any damage is replaced ASAP.
2 The gym trainer is available always and is very very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly happy to help.
3. The crowd in the gym is good and well mannered.
4. The gym fee is the the minimum at the present rate for all the facilities which the gym provides.
There are only pros and no cons about the gym. If some one is looking for a nice place to visit and do workout with proper guidance and latest machines this is the place to be . Me and my wife both always look forward to reach the gym do our workOut here.

Trainer is humble, helpful and knowledgeable and assists almost everyone who seek guidance. The best part is almost nil local rush which makes it safe and convenient for females. All the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good environment in gym to workout. Almost all type of required equipment and machines are available and all are in good working condition. Trainer is very cooperative and knowledgeable to guide for right workout and also to guide you for daily diet. Overall, this is the best place to join to keep you fit in surrounding area. Female candidate also join in the Gym which also help to maintain nice decorum.

Overall the general training which was free for all was also sufficient for me to gain experience in exercises with weights. The trainer here is also a very good one. If you have doubts regarding postures and routines , he will look to them very precisely. Overall a very good gym. Would recommend to anyone.
